What is a Brand Hub?
A Brand Hub is a private website your client logs into instead of opening a PDF. It holds the identity you designed, in nine numbered sections, and it updates when you republish. Nothing goes stale in a downloads folder.
- 01 Strategy: origin, mission, vision, values, tone of voice, positioning
- 02 Gallery: the identity in use
- 03 Logo: every variation, its rules and clear space
- 04 Typography: rendered in the live brand font, so it cannot drift
- 05 Colour: click-to-copy hex, ten step UI scales, and a pairings grid
- 06 Photography: art direction and downloadable reference sets
- 07 Layout: proportional rules that hold at any artboard size
- 08 Brand Object: a generator the client uses after handover
- 09 Resources: everything else, ready to download
Why not just send a PDF?
A PDF is correct on the day you export it and wrong from then on. It cannot render the live brand font, it cannot check whether a colour pairing is readable, and it cannot hand your client a way to make a new asset at eleven at night. A hub does all three.
Do I keep working the way I work now?
Yes. You author locally in a desktop app on your own Mac, with your own files. Publishing is one action, and it only sends what changed. Your client gets a URL and a username and password you set. There is no per seat licence for their team.
Questions
Does my client need to install anything?
No. The Brand Hub opens in any modern browser. Only you install the desktop authoring app.
Is the hub public?
No. Every hub sits behind a login, is marked noindex, and its address is not guessable. A client identity under NDA stays private.
What does it cost?
Plans start at RM 588 a year for three live hubs. Pricing is an annual licence in RM, not a per seat subscription for your client.
