The parts that matter most to you

Placements against clients

Record which staff are placed with which client company, from what date to what date, with the billing basis attached to the placement.

Bill monthly or daily

Charge the client a monthly rate or a daily rate per placement, so a mid-month start or end bills for what was actually worked.

Margin against real cost

Compare what you billed against the finalised payroll cost for that person, including statutory contributions, not an estimate typed in by hand.

Many employers, one app

Each client entity keeps its own employees, statutory numbers and submissions, on one license with unlimited employees and no per-head fee.

Questions people ask

Can one license run payroll for several companies?

Yes. Multi-company and payroll bureau workflows are included: each client entity keeps its own employees, statutory numbers and submissions, all in one app, with unlimited employees and no per-head fee in any company.

How does client billing work for placements?

Each placement records which staff member is with which client company, from what date to what date, billed at a monthly or a daily rate. A placement that starts or ends mid-month bills for what was actually worked, not a full month by default.

How is margin calculated?

By comparing what you billed the client against the finalised payroll cost for that person, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and the other statutory contributions, not an estimate typed in by hand. Margin stops being a guess until quarter-end.

Is there a per-employee charge as the bureau grows?

No. The license is RM 249.00 once, covering unlimited employees across every entity you run. Taking on a new client company or fifty new placements does not change the software cost.
