How does it keep leave balances defensible?
Annual leave follows the Employment Act service tiers, sick and hospitalisation caps are tracked separately, and every approval shows the closing balance before you say yes. One ledger per employee, so December stops being an argument between two sets of records.
Does it generate HR letters?
