A sale, end to end
- The branch till rings up a sale
- Stock drops at that outlet
- Revenue posts to that branch's books
- Head office sees it in the group report

Accounts, stock, sales and payroll in one back office.
In development. The waitlist gets early access and an early-bird price.
On the way.
Orbit ERP will bring accounts, stock, sales and payroll into one back office for businesses that have outgrown separate apps. It is built on the same Orbit Finance, Orbit HR and Orbit POS engines, runs on your own computers across branches, and keeps the Orbit model: local-first, Malaysia-ready and a one-time license instead of a per-user subscription.
Why it exists
Sales in the till, stock in a spreadsheet, payroll somewhere else. At month end someone reconciles them by hand. Orbit ERP makes them one set of books, so a sale moves stock, posts revenue and pays commission in the same step.
What it will do
01
Each branch keeps its own figures, and head office sees the consolidated picture.
02
A POS sale reduces stock and posts revenue at once, with reorder points per outlet.
03
Purchase orders, goods received and supplier bills matched before you pay.
04
Statutory payroll from Orbit HR posts straight into the accounts, per branch.
05
Owners, managers and cashiers each see what they need, with approval limits you set.
06
MyInvois-ready invoicing from every branch, under the right entity.

Common questions
Finance runs one company's books. ERP joins Finance, HR and POS across branches and entities into one back office.
That is the plan: your Finance, HR and POS data carries into ERP, so you grow into it instead of migrating.
No for daily work: it is local-first. Branches sync with each other when they are connected.
It is in development. The waitlist shapes what ships first and gets an early-bird price.
