What is Loan Readiness for?
This module helps you inspect the financial evidence already in your books. It is a transparent preparation aid, not a credit report, credit rating or promise of approval. The score summarises the factors shown underneath it. Each factor names its source, its weight and how much of the amount is supported by reconciled bank activity. Lenders still run their own checks.
How do I read the summary?
- Read the notice at the top before using the score. It explains the report comes only from your bookkeeping records and excludes CCRIS, litigation, bankruptcy and directorship records.
- Check the reporting period and the number of completed months. At least six completed months are needed before a score is issued.
- Read the three lowest factors on the summary. These are the areas where the current records leave the most room to improve.
How do I trace every factor?
- Open Factors and read the financial measure under each heading, such as margin, debt service coverage or savings rate.
- Compare points awarded with the factor weight. All factor weights add to 100, and the awarded points add to the headline score.
- Read the bank evidence line. A lower reconciled share reduces the points slightly because the figure has less supporting evidence, but financial strength remains the main driver.
- Correct a wrong figure on the screen that owns the record. This report itself cannot be edited.
How do I work through the improvement list?
- Open Improve to see the actions ranked by their estimated effect on the current factors.
- Start with named overdue invoices, concentrated customers, commitments or unreconciled figures when they appear.
- Treat the point gain as an estimate, not a guarantee. The estimate assumes the rest of your current records stay the same.
How do I export the lender preparation PDF?
- Press Export PDF and choose a local destination. Review the file before sharing it because it contains sensitive financial information.
- Confirm that the notice appears on page one before the score and factor table.
- Share it only as a summary of your own records. The lender will still obtain its own credit and legal information.
