Everything to run the back office
Not just the books. The whole back office, and it runs itself.
Automation that does the admin
Orbit chases overdue invoices, matches your bank statement, forecasts cash flow, reorders low stock and preps payroll, then waits for one tap to approve. The busywork runs itself, nothing goes out without you.
Invoices, quotes & point of sale
Bill by invoice and quotation, or ring up sales at the counter. Thermal receipt printing, cash / card / e-wallet / DuitNow split payments, SST at the till, DuitNow QR and loyalty. All built in.
Statements derived live
Profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow are computed from your entries on read. Always current, never a stale export. A cash-flow forecast warns you before money runs low.
Payroll & statutory, sorted
Run monthly payroll with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB computed for you, then export the contribution files and the salary-giro file ready to upload to your bank.
e-Invoice, SST & multi-currency
Built for Malaysia's e-Invoicing era, with SST-02 tracked from both your invoices and POS sales, and foreign-currency buying and selling booked back to Ringgit.
Local-first & PDPA-aware
Your books live on your device by default. Optional encrypted sync and an AI assistant when you want them, but no mandatory cloud and no data harvesting. Private by design.

Why Orbit
Pay once. Not every month, forever.
Most accounting software rents you access. Miss a payment and you're locked out of your own books. Orbit is a one-time RM 249.00 you own for life.

Is Orbit Finance really local-first?+
Yes. Your books live in a single file on your own device and the core app works with no internet at all, including invoicing, statements and payroll. Nothing is uploaded unless you switch on the optional Sync subscription, which starts at RM19 a month and is encrypted end to end.
Do I have to pay before I can try it?+
No. The app is free to download and install on macOS, Windows and Android, and you can open every screen before paying anything. A one-time RM249 licence key activates it for real use. There is no trial countdown, no subscription and no renewal fee, ever.
How does the license work?+
A one-time RM 249.00 lifetime licence, currently RM100 off the regular RM 349.00 launch price. It covers 1 user on up to 2 devices, across macOS, Windows and Android, with free updates for as long as you use it. The key is tied to your email and non-transferable, and there are no recurring charges.
How do I receive my license key?+
Download the app for free, then buy a licence: pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer, and upload your payment proof on the same page. We email your licence key and a getting-started guide, usually within 24 hours. Payments are checked by a person, so there is no card form to fill in.
Does it support e-Invoice / MyInvois?+
Yes. LHDN is phasing e-Invoicing in by turnover: RM5–25m from 1 July 2025 and RM1–5m from 1 January 2026, with businesses under RM1m exempt from that date. Orbit Finance issues MyInvois-ready invoices and keeps the records each phase requires. Confirm your own phase on the MyInvois portal.
Which platforms are available now?+
Three: macOS (Apple silicon and Intel, macOS 11+), Windows 10 and 11, and Android 7.0 or newer. All are free to download from the Downloads page. One RM249 licence covers every platform for 1 user on up to 2 devices, so a mixed-device business buys once rather than per machine.
What if I need help?+
Message us on WhatsApp and a real person answers, in English or Bahasa Malaysia. We help with setup, licence activation, and moving your opening balances and customer list across from another system, including setting your invoice numbering to carry on from your last number.
From the founder
“We built Orbit Finance because Malaysian small businesses deserve accounting they actually own, not another monthly subscription that locks up your books the moment you stop paying. It runs on your device, keeps your data private, and stays out of your way. Pay once, it's yours for life.”
