What is the Documents module for?
It creates versioned client, internal and audit documents from current company records. Drafts can be reviewed, final documents are immutable, and revisions preserve the earlier version. It does not post to the accounts.
How do I create a statutory company document?
- Open Library and choose a board resolution, directors’ circular resolution or notice to members.
- Complete the company-specific dates and wording, then review the bilingual preview.
- Check the footer for the template key, version, checked date and register basis before creating the draft.
How do I prepare a Letter of Demand safely?
- Choose Letter of demand and select the customer.
- The six-year Limitation Act note appears only when the saved customer state is in Peninsular Malaysia. It is omitted for Sabah, Sarawak and an unknown state.
- Enter contractual interest only when the business’s own agreed terms contain that rate. Leave it blank to omit the interest line. The letter claims no statutory late-interest rate and posts nothing.
How do I prepare an overdue reminder?
- Open Reminders.
- Choose Prepare reminder beside the customer.
- Review the overdue invoices and create the draft. The reminder step is selected from the configured 7, 14 and 30 day ladder.
How do I finalise or revise a document?
- Open Documents and choose a draft.
- Finalise only after checking the outward wording and figures.
- Use Create revision on a final document when a change is needed. The final version itself cannot be edited.
