Yes. Employee records, payroll runs and documents are stored on your device, with NRIC, bank and statutory numbers encrypted at rest. The core app works fully offline and nothing leaves your machine unless you choose it.
Are the statutory calculations accurate?+
They are computed from dated rate tables: EPF Jadual Ketiga with the 13%/12% employer split at RM5,000, SOCSO categories including the 2026 SKBBK rates and 10-sen rounding, EIS, PCB/MTD on LHDN's computerised formula, and the HRD Corp levy. Every figure is checked against the published schedules by an automated test suite before release.
Is there a per-employee charge?+
No. The license covers unlimited employees. Most Malaysian payroll tools charge per head every month; Orbit HR is a one-time license for the whole company.
How does the license work?+

Yes. Employee self-service gives each person their own login scoped strictly to their own record: leave applications, payslips, claims and profile. They can never see another employee's data or any admin screen.
