Orbit POS rings up sales with mixed tenders and SST receipts, runs table service with floor plans and split bills, sends orders to the kitchen, takes waiter orders on staff phones, charges by the hour for tables, lanes, rooms and stations, keeps stock and members, and reports takings and margins. It does all of this offline on your own computer.

What Orbit POS does not do.
So you can decide before you buy.
No card terminal of its own
It records the tender. Card and e-wallet payments are taken on your bank's terminal or QR as today.
No cloud dashboard
Your data stays on the shop's computer. There is no vendor website to log into.
No online store
It runs the counter, not an e-commerce site or delivery app.
No bookkeeping inside
No chart of accounts or journals. Pair it with Orbit Finance for the books.
Feature questions.
Can I turn off features my shop does not use?
Yes. Each capability can be switched off, and switching off deletes nothing; your data waits for you if you turn it back on.
Does it work with thermal printers?
Yes. Receipts and kitchen tickets print at 58mm and 80mm, and the preview and the paper come from one shared print layout.
Is it in Bahasa Malaysia?
Yes. The whole app is in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a gate keeps the two languages complete.
Can it run several tills?
Waiter phones, kitchen screens and order screens connect to the main till over the shop wifi. Several outlets on one catalogue is part of the Max edition.
Does it take card payments itself?
No. It records how the customer paid; the payment is taken on your existing terminal or DuitNow QR.
